  1. Go with a 360 controller. I had a 360 controller but over time it wore out so I decided to go with an xbone controller and I've had nothing but problems even after manually installing drivers. It randomly disconnects or won't connect at all and sometimes the games don't pick up that I'm using a controller. The 360 controller is plug and play. It works every time without an issue.
  2. I read the notes on steam yesterday and they said they added an option to change the fps in the graphics menu settings. I haven't been in game since the release so I can't personally confirm that that's correct but I just pulled steam notes again and it's the very first change listed.
  3. Thanks guys! Sounds like I have my answer. Thanks for the link to the post SkilledRebuilds!
  4. Lol so i5 or i7? I've read some articles saying that i7 is overkill unless you're doing a ton of photo and video editing(which I'm not).
  5. So here's the situation. I built my first pc about 9 months ago. I was kinda doing a budget build for a combo gaming and work rig so I opted to go with AMD to start. After I got everything I noticed my FX-6300 was struggling with multitasking for work related things so I stepped up to the 8350 which has done fairly well for me. I have a friend who has asked me to build him a budget pc and he said he'd be totally fine with using/buying any parts I have lying around so I'm considering reusing my mobo and cpu for his build and going to an Intel setup. What are your thoughts? Is it worth the money to switch? If so, what cpu should I go with?
  6. Here's a link to patch notes: http://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/batman-arkham-knight-pc-first-patch/Looks like some texture improvements. If you are waiting for it to be perfect it's probably going to be a few weeks honestly.
  7. Greenman gaming had it on sale in the vip section for $35 yesterday. I'm honestly not sure if that sale is still running but check it out! GMG is totally legit. I've bought tons of games from them and never had an issue.
  8. They released a patch yesterday that gives you the option of changing the fps lock and stabilized the game a bit. I personally made a bunch of changes to the .ini files based on a forum post I found on steam so it's been running great for me since then. I'm consistently running around 60 fps with no big drops like I was when it first came out.
  9. Noctua has a line of black and brown fans and you can remove the corner pieces so they are all black. If you're interested in going that route. I just threw 4 in my case and they are super quiet!
  10. Enjoy your vacation here! No need to bring a jacket it's super hot lol
  11. You should be able to uninstall through the control panel then go to the launcher or the website and reinstall the game and/or launcher
  12. Welcome! I'm new to the forums as well and I also live in Vegas.
  13. Ebay has great buyer protection. I've only had 1 issue when buying PC parts on ebay and they went to bat for me and made sure I got a full refund. I say go for it!
  14. Does anyone have one of these? I bought one yesterday and installed it and the touch screen is either broken or there's a lock or something preventing me from changing anything. I'm hoping I just did something wrong and I don't need to return it. Help!
