i just put toghet my pc and it wont start. I had finally given up on it but when i took out the ram the psu and the gpu fans STARTED SPINNING. any idea's on whats wrong? and i cant get the fans to spin anymore

i was building my custom pc and when i finished it wouldn't start and i don't know why. I've tested the power supply and it works. i've scraped it back down so that at the moment i only have the power supply plugged into the mother board

I am trying to install two 4GB ddr4 ripjaws v series in the b450m pro4 micro atx board. I have the notch lined up but it won't fit please help
