  1. Yes? I was trying to help based off what happened to me. Sorry pal.
  2. Did you ever XMP or overclock the RAM? Could potentially be bad DIMMs. I would RMA if you still can on those sticks? Or even test a new kit. If its not the RAM, then it could also be the mobo.
  3. It wouldn't hurt to. There may be underlying drivers from the FX card messing with the 1050 drivers.
  4. May need to run DDU? Remove those old FX drivers and install the 1050 drivers after.
  5. I had something similar happen when I built my first Ryzen PC. Do you have any other RAM kits to test? Mine was due to a particualr BIOS version. I flashed it, and it started working again.
  6. Could also delete the driver and plug back in to reinstall it.
  7. I'm liking my 5600x a lot and I'm coming from a 3600x. Like @SpiderMan said, Improved IPC and better single core performance than the Ryzen 5 3600. I can see the difference in the tests I've ran.
  8. I feel like if you don't trust yourself to "fix" the pin, I'd just get a sound card and call it a day.
  9. I was gonna say it looks like it lines up with it being the DDDR B pin? Maybe?
  10. I mean you can try, but I'm not held accountable if something breaks or shorts out. It may or may not happen. Could get lucky like Linus and it be a redundant pin.
  11. I'm sorry that this happened to you. I actually had my 5600x ,from Newegg, come in with bent pins all around the corners. I had to take an exacto knife and bend them back.
  12. I mean obviously there's other reasons than what I stated.
  13. I would get the GPU that boosts higher. I don't know exactly what the differences are but that's how I determine it.
  14. Also depends on what you're wanting to do as well. Ryzen likes that high speed RAM. I'm running dual channel 32GB G.Skill dimms at 3600MHz with CL 16.
  15. Did you make sure to flash the correct BIOS to the mobo?
  16. Just looks like tearing with the textures. I assume your PS4 isn't overheating or anything?
  17. Just changed some settings in my BIOS and bam! I'm happy with the results so far and I haven't even done in-depth OC' ing to it yet! 🙂

  18. Not familiar with the high tier Ryzen CPUs, but I know that 3600MHz RAM is the sweet spot for Ryzen. Do you have XMP or any kind of overclock? Do you have PBO on?
  19. Do you have max perfeormance set in Nvidia panel? Also I think they stopped updating 5xx series of GPUs too.
  20. I mean if it posts and doesn't give errors then slap new paste, pads, and keep running it!
  21. Did you ever have a GPU in the system before this? If so, it may not hurt to run DDU to uninstall all the old hidden display drivers.
