my gta 5 is locked at 9 fps when my pc is more than capable of running it. my pc runs every other game fine but gta 5. like 1 week ago i was playing gta 5 on everything maxed out getting like 70-90 fps 1080p but today i log in and I'm getting a locked 9fps i even tried turning everything down to normal but i'm still getting a 9 fps lock. and again my pc is fine and it works normally in every other games. plz help thanks specs for my pc i5-4690k overclocked to 4 ghz 2 r9 290 in crossfire 8 gbs if corsair vengeance pro ram at overclocked to 2400mhz msi pc mate z97 atx motherboard ocz arc 100 240 gbs SSD custom water cooling tubes evga super nova g2 650w 80+ gold powersupply

so i have a OCZ ARC100 240gb ssd but im planning on downloading alot of games which are 60gb on average and a 240gb ssd isnt going to cut it. so i bought a 3 tb hardrive. i was wondering how do you set it up like raid, clone the ssd to hardrive or something. im new to pc building. thanks for the help
