My other R9 390s fan is a bit shaky and a bit slower than other one. Should I be worried?

Yeah and you do realise you're getting 4.5gb's of vram more for the same price? AMD will release better and optimized drivers and then compare . +970 will last 1 year max. with those 3.5 gigs before it will stutter. It's stuttering in GTA V and Shadow of Mordor now, god knows what's gonna' happen in a year lol

Gta V uses 4gbs at 1080p, and when new games will come out most of them will use more than 3.5gb...

Those 3.5 gigs of vram won't last long..
