Corsair h100i, I just want to know why I can't go over 1.3 voltz

OK so I have a z97 mobo and I tried oc'ing my Intel Pentium g3258. I got it stable at 4.4 ghz @1.28 voltz. I think I can get it higher but my motherboard will not let me go over 1.29 voltz. I have no idea why....

LOL. I mean, the last cod i played was mw2, and i missed the series, thats why im playing blops 3. Its not a bad game, just rehashes of previous cods that i have never played.

HELLO! So I just built my first computer recently and the specs are as follows : Pentium G3258 @4.1 ghz (on stock cooler) Gtx 750ti 2 gb 8gb 1333 kingston ram 600 w corsar CX. So I've been experimenting with the overclock recently and at 4.1 ghz, its idling around 40-50 degrees. My overclock's temps get around 80 degrees Celsius when i'm in a game like farcry 3. Is this cause for concern? Should I be worried about my modest chip? -BruceVayne
