I've ordered my 4790k and I was planning on using the stock cooler but after some research I found out that this is probably not the best idea Im going to do some C4d rendering Will I need another cooler to stop it from throtteling?

It happens even if I unplug all keyboards and use the virtual keyboard

Sometimes when I press a key on my keyboard for example W it opens the windows 8.1 dash search In some cases the weird functions are not present if Ctrl is pressed My keyboard is an roccat isku And as mouse I use a g502 from logitech with some keys as numbers

A friend of mine has one of those and it doesn´t perform this bad. The system is going to be for someone who is going to play minecraft mostly on that system

I've looked at the firestrike scources of the gt 630 if its bundeled with a good processor it performs ok

I have a budget of arround 200-250 dollars

My current rig is: -Amd Athlon II X3 455 -Asus M5A97 R2.0 -Zotac Gt630 Synergy -Corsair CX430M -8gb of Ram -Wd Blue 1TB I wanna upgrade to play gta v on it. Am I going to need more than a new graphics card if I overclock the cpu? Thanks for your help in advance
