  1. my pump started making a clicking noise and I don't know how to fix it. the pump is connected to cpu_fan1 and in bios I put it at full speed but I still get clicking. its been over a month since I got it from Newegg and I don't know how to fix it. I used my desktop mic to record and In the recording i turned off all fans and unplugged my hard drives and the only thing that youre supposed to hear is me stopping my radiator fans with my hands. My motherboard is the asrock fatal1ty killer z97. kraken clicking.wav
  2. I have the Asus Strix GTX 1070 and it doesn't sag for me at all, so I doubt it would sag for you either.
  3. The problem that I'm having is that my max refresh rate is 60hz and the monitor can support 100hz 120hz and 144hz
  4. I had just installed them yesterday when I tried doing this
  5. So I just bought a 2560x1440 144hz monitor (Acer XG270HU) and it comes with an HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, and DVI-D cable. I already own a 1920x1080 144hz monitor (Acer GN246HL which is now my second monitor) using a DVI-D cable. For my 2560x1440 monitor I'm using the DisplayPort cable it came with and for my 1920x1080 I want to use the HDMI 2.0 cable instead of the DVI-D because It's so bulky. My problem is that when I plug in the HDMI 2.0 to the 1080p 144hz monitor the max refresh rate that it lets me use is 60hz but when I plug it into the 1440p 144hz monitor it lets me use 144hz. I don't know what the problem is here. I have an Asus Strix GTX1070. I do have the drivers for both monitors installed and I don't know how to fix this.
  6. I need help finding the cheapest 2560x1440 144hz monitor and i dont think i am i found a pixio monitor but i dont know if its the cheapest, even if its korean please.
  7. alright thank you, but I don't think that it's overclocking because the 1920x1080 already has 144hz and you're setting it to 2560x1440 144hz so you're necessarily only changing the resolution and not the refresh rate.
  8. alright so ive been looking for a 2560x1440 144hz monitor but theyre so expensive. currently i have a 24" 1920x1080 monitor and with nvidia control panel i can set the custom resolution to 2560x1440 at 144hz but of course it doesnt look as good as a 27" 2560x1440 144hz monitor. so i was thinking, would i be able to get a 27" 1920x1080 144hz monitor and set the custom resolution to 2560x1440 at 144hz and have it be the same as an actual 2560x1440 144hz monitor? can someone with a 144hz 1920x1080 27" monitor and nvidia graphics card try this out for me if possible?
  9. what would be the best time to buy a 2560x1440 144hz monitor black friday,m cyber monday, or before christmas
  10. at 1920x1080 high settings on most games a gtx 1060 3gb will suffice but if you can spend that extra money to get the 6gb version and make sure you OC it
  11. what looks better a 24" 2560x1440 monitor or 27" 2560x1440
  12. I really want to win The New Razer Blade because I'm going to college soon, I'm a programmer, and I want to be able to game on it, I do have a desktop but I want a laptop so I can take it around with me. The reason I want The New Razer Blade is because of the graphics card that it has over the graphics card that the stealth doesn't have. Thank you so much LMG and Razer for this giveaway, really hope I win!
  13. you do realize that this is a gtx 1070 where the base clocks are at 1.5-1.6ghz and the overclocks are at 2-2.1ghz
  14. also my friend who also has a 1070 his idle temps are at 40c and his card underclocks to 1100 at idle
