  1. Easy, Your LAN port is speed 100Mbit/s And your brothers PC has 1000MBit/s So if your WAN is 250 --> your PC has only a 100 -> so you get 100 max.
  2. Go to network and sharing center --> Network Adapters -> properties --> check before IpV6. However, you will not reach higher MB/s with IPv6. That depends on your WAN uplink; and modem you are using.
  3. To clarify: You have a docking (Voyager Q) in which you put the samsung evo of 500GB? You connect the OWC Mercury which is an 2 bay NAS with a switch on the back to alter the RAID.. Is the data on both drives? Is it slow on both? Could you check this: 4 Drive Failure If one of the drives fails, the corresponding drive LED will turn solid red. If the Mercury Elite Pro Dual was configured as a RAID 0 or Span, the data on the array is lost and the disk is no longer usable. In a span, only the data stored on the failed drive is lost, although data recovery software will be required to retrieve the data from the other drive. If the drives were configured independently, then the data on the drive that did not fail will remain intact. More info: https://www.owcdigital.com/assets/products/mercury-elite-pro-dual-thunderbolt/MEP-Dual_TB-USB_Guide.pdf If your drive died, you are F*d --> because you say you use Raid 0 which means striped which means both drives need to work eh ;). If you wanted safety -> choose Raid 1 = Mirror. then both disks contain the data. You best have an backup of the data
  4. On mine, (just lifted it up to check) I don't have the chinese letters. The rest seems similar .. just i have the chroma.
  5. Because resolution higher than 1080P is better? If you are having a 27 inch you could as well get a 1440P. which gives you more room on the screen?
  6. If you're lucky, have a good card; But they might have other cooling situations, a better chip, slightly other memory. If the best OCér in the world has cooled it with dry-ice and shit. You think you can just copy paste his settings and apply them? Alway gradually add something start with + 50 and then + 75 and + 100 and STRESS after each test + game for an hour in an intensive game, check temperatures, look for artifacts etc. You just went ahead, and assumed that because somebody has managed those settings, you can do it too. And you failed, well lets hope this is a lesson learned
  7. evga precision uses oc profiles from what i can recall if it's not selected in the software manually your oc would not apply.
  8. - Undo your OC - remove gfx drivers - then reinstall drivers. - check device manager - test gpu with stress test to confirm all is OK, DO NOT OC your GPU again!!! REBOOT AFTER DRIVER REMOVAL AND REINSTALL!!
  9. Get 16GB, be future proof. Get 2 sticks of 8GB's those are in the sweetspot - pricewise. Not having to think about the RAM capacity in the next few years will be worth it
  10. Yes it is. Well the phone is awesome, but this clip mweh
  11. Intel Core i7 4790 3.6GHz (With cores disabled using the BIOS, so it's as close as possible to an i3, 2 cores and 4 threads being used here, that's what I meant with "Simulated"), Note: that the very strong i7 even with cores disabled in bios, is not an i3 ' It's way FASTER than an i3 that's why theres a big performance difference ...
  12. I just wanted to congratulate you Linus, it's an awesome achievement, 3 million subscribers that's just amazing! 1. Comment below letting us know which Razer laptop you would prefer to win. Feel free to make it fun - what would you use it for? Why do you prefer the Blade or the Blade Stealth? The blade because ultra low voltage dual core's in laptops suck. To bad about the screen but 4k on that size yeah not sure if it's any good anyway. Will give it a go maybe, I got a Razer BW Chroma atm

    rx 460

Come on somebody, just google the cards. You will see enough benches.. RX 460 is mweh RX 470 is good bang for buck. RX 480 is the highest and available w/ 8GB's of ram. Of course, you need to hit up some reviews because there are different vendors that have different versions of the cards. So you can get an RX470 OC'd and it performs about the same as an RX480 STOCK for example (or its pretty close!) For FullHD the 470 or 480 is good either way.
  14. Yes I need the GTX 1080, so I can properly game some games at 4k Res. The AMD 280X doesnt cut it unfortunately
