Well about half an hour for the hardware. The OS can take around an hour on most of my mid end gaming builds. If I remember correctly. Then again these are pretty standard systems. Not much in terms of extras in terms of cooling or lights.

Dem giveaways is high in this one. I have a 2TB WD Green HDD @ 5400rpm in my pc right now. Never had a prob, but HDD's dont seem to give much trouble either way,

It would auto shut off it came to its max operating temps. Also you really shouldn't have done something like that. Make sure you use a good thermal paste, I prefer silver. Also to keep warranty you have to run the CPU with a heatsink/fan that met the minimum specified by Intel.
