Yeah your freezes are being caused  by high a DPC latency which can be caused by a wide range of problems. From that image it shows that the driver usbport.sys is the main cause of the DPC latency. Can you also post a picture of what the Drivers tab looks like in LatencyMon also whilst running a game, this will be a list of the drivers and how much DPC latency they are causing.

First, unplug all usb devices other than your mouse and keyboard to see if one of those devices is causing the problem.
Then, if you are using the USB 2.0 ports on your motherboard try and use the USB 3.0 ports and see if that fixes the problem (or vise versa).
Then, you could try fix it by following what LatencyMon suggests by setting the power management in the control panel to High performance, disable any CPU throttling in the BIOS and update your BIOS.

Btw, a good way to test if it is any better is to use LatencyMon and see if the Highest measured interrupt to process latency is lower than about 1000, or you could just test to see if you get a freeze.

Your CPU temps are fine, you could also check your GPU temperature by downloading Hardware Monitor (here:http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html).

You could check for driver issues download and install LatencyMon (here:http://www.resplendence.com/downloads). Run it during during a game or anything that causes the stutter and post a picture of what LatencyMon shows.

To test your RAM you can use Memtest (downloaded here:http://www.memtest.org/). This will require you to put the bootable .iso file onto a usb drive and then booting off the usb drive. The easiest way to do this is download the auto-installer.

You can change the default install location by using regedit, I have done this on WIndows 7 and as far as I can tell it is the same on Windows 8. Also, this does involve editing the registry so you may wish to back it up.

    1. Open regedit by pressing the Windows key + r, then type regedit.exe and press ok.
    2. Then in regedit navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows and click on CurrentVersion
    3. Change the value for ProgramFilesDir and ProgramFilesDir (x86) to where you want programs to default install to.

    Hope this helps.

There is a magnetic layer on the platter which contains particles of iron. In the read/write head is a coil of highly magnetizable material. The head writes data by passing a current through the coil which induced a magnetic field and the iron particles line up with the magnetic field. It then reads data by moving the head over the particles, this induces a current in the wire and so the data can be read.
