  1. Ya I know what you mean, but I'll be physically connecting 2 machines to the display, My main PC and a Mac since I need to use both for my job. What I essentially want to do is 1/2 the screen so I can view both machines on a single monitor without switching the input and use KVM software called Synergy that allows me to control both machines with the same keyboard and mouse, I know Samsung Multiview and the LG C2 can display 2 inputs at the same time I just want to know if its possible for each input to occupy half of the screen without nasty borders.
  2. Hi all, So I'm looking to buy a new monitor / TV for that OLED experience, my current setup is 2 x 27" ACER screens 144hz IPS and I love them as I can control 2 separate PCs as I work from home, but I want to get an LG C2 but I cant seem to find any info if I can essentially split the screen into 2 different monitors I know the C2 has "PIP / PbP" but the examples I've seen just show 2 tiny box windows on the screen, is it possible to essentially 1/2 the screen for each input? I'm also open to an Ultrawide monitor and I look into the QD-OLED Alienware but it seems that it does not support PIP or PbP mode so this wont work for me sadly, I basically want 1 giant monitor to clear clutter on my desk but I also want to keep the function of having dual displays. Thanks for any advice
  3. just ran the program and its Hynix M-Die worst luck ever
  4. Thanks for the update lads, Starting to really hate Corsair and MSI equal at the min, MSI has not had a BIOS update in close to 3 months... 100s of people still with memory issues - I just dont know what to fecking do at this stage this RAM kit is not cheap and I dont really want to be changing the RAM or the Mobo but I might have to as this is starting to become so frustrating
  5. Hi Guys, So my PC has been built a while now and I can only get a max of 2400Mhz using my Corair Vengeance SKU CMU16GX4M2C3000C15R 16GB pair, if I use the XMP the PC wont boot and I need to clear CMOS - I tried the MSI memory beta option to choose stock profiles for memory and that works only on the 2400Mhz options anything higher the PC craps out, I wanted to know if people had a step by step setup to getting this RAM working at the 3000Mhz speed it should be running at. I have tried all of the MSI BIOS updates and Betas and they still dont really want to work with the RAM - The RAM from Corsair says its Ryzen compatible - No idea if the ram is a Samsung B-Die or Hynix The PC build is as follows Mobo - MSI X370 Pro Carbon "Latest Stable BIOS 7A32v19" CPU - Ryzen 7 - 1700 OC to 3.7Ghz "light OC as I dont need the 4Ghz as I'm not happy with the volts needed to get it stable" GFX - MSI 980TI RAM - Corsair 16Gb "SKU CMU16GX4M2C3000C15R" Case NZXT - S340 Elte The GFX Card and CPU is on a Custom water cooled loop using EK for pumps and fittings and PrimoChill Tubing
  6. My suggestion would be to try and save an extra $100 and look on craigslist or something like that and try and get a 970 or 980/Ti people are selling these pretty cheap these days and they will run CSGO 1080p 200+ FPS no issues, hope this helps pal
  7. Hi Boys & Girls So black Friday is close and I'm yet to see any really good deals from any UK or Irish Hardware vendors for GPUs unless you want an AMD card and I don't - So I wanted to know does anybody know of any EU stores doing some good sales on a 1080Ti cause I wanna upgrade from my 980Ti since its starting to show its age in some games especially PUBG, all responses are very much appreciated, FYI I have checked the following vendors Scan.co.uk Amazon.co.uk Overclockers.co.uk komplett.ie
  8. seems a few people are doing this and having pretty good suscess - Having the second BIOS is a must but at least back the original up with GPUZ
  9. My thinking is that someone has to of done this kind of thing before
  10. Hi lads I have an X61 for about a year now and every time I power down the PC and turn if back on a few hours later or the next day the Pump / Water noise is insane loud, I would love to change the hose and the fluid but cant find any guides on how to do this and I seen in a video recently Linus replaced the liquid in a H50 and the hose, does anyone know of a good guide on how to do this with a x61?
  11. This would be a PERFECT - Box to stream to from my Beast of a PC for steam games
  12. Hi Guys I just bought this monitor in Ireland the "Acer Predator - XB270H" BTW "its still on the way from Amazon" but since I could find next to no Video Reviews on this monitor I have no idea if its going to be any good it was a impulsive buy as it was the cheapest G-Sync 27" monitor I could find and I really wanted to play CS:GO with a higher Hz monitor as my old 27" is just soooo bad with Tearing, My Current PC Setup Mobo - Asus Maximus VII Hero Intel Z97 CPU - i7 - 4790k RAM - 16GB - Avexir Core Red Series - PC3-17200C11 2133MHz GPU - MSI 980GTX Gaming Edition Thanks in advance guys
