  1. Thanks @Tie Lighting @CoolaxGaming @airdeano @LinusTech and @Slick definitely going to be enjoying this beast rig!
  2. Hey Peeps, I have some great news! It's a bit late because I had to move house. Intel Australia has built me a a BEAST of a RIG! So HAPPY Intel got me back into PC Gaming which is a huge part of my life as enjoyment and escape from my reality being paralysed. Check out the video below to see the surprise they put on me, after I thought I was just doing a interview with a Youtuber about how I game on PC. Show some love to these guys too! (It has a H100I GTX not a H80 Corsair CPU cooler) https://youtu.be/eCH_O4Il7-g https://www.facebook.com/intelaustralia/
  3. Been gaming on PC's since 1992.. first PC game I really got into was Cyberia 1 and 2. It was ahead in it's time graphics wise
  4. I enjoyed it but the franchise has become more of an action based than racing. It's a catch22 because it becomes monotonous either way, if they did the same thing as the first one or step up the action from each one. Still is was a decent movie and I was happy how they retired Paul's character..
  5. I'm blown away with all the LTT Community including yourself @nerdyrcdriver that you want to help and are wanting to donate towards a build, is actually starting to make me well up tears.. I really enjoyed your story you shared about helping that customer of yours, selfless acts like that mean so much and speak volumes about your character, integity, vaues and morals as you said " I could have gone home to watch netflix" but instead going out of your way to help him is awesome.
  6. I sent their headquarters an email about a week ago now, as there is no Oceania/Australia Office for point of contact and haven't heard anything back as yet.. and Nvidia's facebook book page doesn't allow anyone to send them messages
  7. Cheers @asim1999 It hasn't been an easy road the past 11years since breaking my neck but I've always just taken the positives and moved forward in life as I know there are a lot of others worse off than I am.. This may sound weird but I'd rather be as I am physically impaired than say deaf, or blind. I know I wouldn't handle that situation as well as I've been handling this! Yeah big hats off to LMG for wanting to help, I'm beyond grateful!! It's very heart warming knowing that there's people that want to help that don't even know me..
  8. Just did a quick mock up, do you think Linus would approve something like this? If LTT were wanting to help...
  9. wheels

    mock up design

  10. @Admire Thanks man, I'm overwhelmed and so appreciative by the amount support I'm getting from the LTT Community including yourself. I'll always have a positive attitude, crying in a corner gets you nowhere in life, @zappian I was never expecting the LTT Community to pitch in, just knew people on here would know which direction to point me in or who to contact. I'm very humbled by everyone who's posted on this thread supporting and wanting to actually help me too. I'd be over moon if LTT wanted to help by building a system for me and more than happy to cover my wheelchair van in LTT signage for exposure. @DimasRMDO I have a great life man but yes it would be nice to be back on my feet someday, the way regenerative research and medicine is going that might not be too far away fingers crossed! @Pelop17 I'll keep Razer in mind, great to know they're helping people with disabilities game. The only reason I haven't setup a fundraiser campaign is because for the past 2 years I've been fundraising for a new wheelchair vehicle, which is the one in pics I attached in my first post. And I think putting that out there after just fundraising for a vehicle would put people (where I live) off wanting to help if you understand that viewpoint.. Thanks for the welcome @TehStranger? Cheers for your best wishes, I am more of an Nvidia fan but I'd be happy if AMD wanted to help instead.. as they say beggars can't be choosers. @Kyuubixchidori I completely understand that you were concerned of me being something I'm not, especially after what you shared about that lady taking advantage of you and your church lying about having cancer and doing a runner. Which I find appalling and can't believe people can do such things. It hurts a lot too when you've contributed to those funds raised to find out you were lied to and frauded. Exactly it's an amazing feeling when you're helping someone genuine and you can see the positive outcome you've been a part of, I get that feeling after every school talk I do knowing I'm giving back and making a difference. I'm straight up and honest, Thanks for your best wishes, I always make the most out of life.. Will definitely be an active member here, very humbled and grateful you want to help man.. If Nvidia don't want to help that's fine, I think it's more of a lose to them than me. Can't believe how many LTT Members want to help! have a great week. @Shotgun Thanks I never thought of contacting an overseas builder or Company like Asus.. I'll send them an email too..
  11. Very much appreciated.. It doesn't bother me at all man, I just don't want people feeling sad when they're thinking of me instead I'd rather bring a smile to their face.. Everyone has their challenges in life some harder than others, which I know and thankful I am as I am and no worse.. Exactly you can still live an awesome life after a disability, I love that I always get great parking where ever I go and so on lol
  12. Wow, I really wasn't expecting to be accused of being a fraud.. I'm gobsmacked! I've attached 2 videos I uploaded onto my youtube when I was having a problem with Watch Dogs of me using my system I sold 4 months ago now, so you can see how I game. I'm using my mum's laptop with my headmouse to move the mouse and the windows "on screen keyboard" to type what I'm doing right "now" of which I've just got my mum to take 2 pics of me typing this too. Google Kieron D'Netto that's me and you'll be able to read the selfless awareness newspaper articles where I share my story and message in the hope to avoid others making similar mistakes and ending up like me. That I'm a voluntary motivational speaker for Spinal Injuries Australia and go out to Primary and Secondary Schools sharing my story and raising awareness about spinal cord injuries.. The HeadMouse Extreme translates natural movements of my head into directly proportional movements of the computer mouse pointer, so as I move my head the mouse pointer on the screen also moves (literally like having the mouse back in my hand in terms of precision) it works like a charm. This assistive technology isn’t cheap either at a cost of $3,000 but it allows me to do what I love which is PC gaming! I just re-map the keyboard actions to the keys I can reach easily and quickly. For instance driving in Watch Dogs, I have "num0" as accelerate "Shift" as brake and left click for steering left and right click for steering right. I do pretty well considering it's not the normal way as long as a game has the option there to re-map the key-bindings to any key I'm set. I've been lucky to be able to play most games that I want to play such as; The Batman Arkham games, Crysis, Farcry, Assassin's Creed games, Battlefield 3 & 4, GTA 4, Hitman Absolution, Call of Duty, Metro 2033,Watch Dogs, Tomb Raider and that's too name only a few. I'm a person of integrity and would never make up that I have a disability and try and take advantage of anyone! http://i727.photobucket.com/albums/ww278/speed88/20150329_181338.jpg http://i727.photobucket.com/albums/ww278/speed88/20150329_181449.jpg http://i727.photobucket.com/albums/ww278/speed88/20140602_170932.jpg
  13. Firstly big thanks to all of you wanting to help or trying to point me in the right direction and welcoming me to the Linus Tech Tips forums! (btw if you're wondering how I'm on here, I'm using my mum's laptop) I emailed nvidia headquarters and haven't heard anything back and there's no send a "message" on their Facebook Page to contact them. I also firstly tried all of major computer builder's in Australia first even the store I built my system through with no positive result. I've haven't tried social media @airdeano purely because of what @Flight1sim said as I was thinking the same thing but if they were wanting to help and put it on their social media I'd be more than happy to give them good pr. @Geekazoid I just googled imaged nvidia for the logos and used paint.net to do a mock up as you see in the pics, that's not actually on my vehicle... yet @CoolaxGaming yeah I wish there was a cure too so I can be back on my feet but I focus on what I can do take the positives and move forward and never dwell on the negatives. Cheers for that I'll definitely keep Thracks in mind. @XplosiveNoctua99 thanks man I hope so too @XTankSlayerX thanks man for contacting Linus, I didn't want to contact him with him being on holiday with his family @Newenthusiast I'd be more than happy to have Linus Tech Tips decal all over my van to help promote them @Shotgun I'll try and see if I contact their Facebook to get a result @DimasRMDO don't be sorry man, I'm just grateful to still be alive and able to have a decent quality of life! didn't try twitter due to 144 characters lol I've got more help here from all you than what I've had for the past 4 months contacting companies here in Australia. @Williamchan87 cheers I'll definitely take your input onboard
  14. Hi guys, Newbie to LTT Forum, I was wondering if anyone knew how to contact NVIDIA'S Marketing section or any section where I could send an proposal. I’m a 28 year-old Quadriplegic, the result of a split second decision to dive from a bridge head first into water with a body board when I was 17yrs old = not a smart idea. Due to current bill costs and cost of living rising and being on a disability pension I had to sell my PC that I saved up for four years and built back in 2009. I only have partial movement of my arms but no hand or finger movement. So I rely on a "headmouse" that tracks a sticker dot on my forehead for mouse movement combined with a sip/puff pneumatic headset for left/right clicking and I'm able to guide my hands by moving what little movement I have in my biceps and forearms so my fingers hit the keys I re-mapped on the keyboard to be able to play on PC. As I can’t do certain things that I use to love doing before my accident such as motorbike riding, wake boarding etc. PC gaming is one of my only outlets and forms of escape and enjoyment. Basically I'm approaching NVIDIA to build me a system in return for having their signage on my vehicle. Do you think they'll help me if I was to have something this on my vehicle?
