I'm looking for a nice budget (preferably under $200) VA monitor that works well for gaming. I recently purchased the HP 25xw, an IPS panel, and although the colors and gaming performance are great, the IPS glow is very noticeable (returning the monitor). This seems to be the case with most IPS monitors, so I'm looking into VA. I'd like to find something that I can get for under $200 that has a low enough response time that I don't experience ghosting. I know it seems like I'm asking for a lot on the budget that I have, but stuff like ghosting and glow, as well as tinted colors, are very noticeable to me.

I had the same motherboard and the IO shield worked fine. You need to push it completely in, then place your motherboard in the case so it's to the side of the IO shield. Line everything up and push. Also, are you sure you have the IO shield in the right orientation?

I had an issue with my MSI R9 390 and I reinstalled windows 10 after listening to MSI tech support. After reinstalling windows, my PC won't display anything to my monitor. I've even put in my r9 280x and it still won't work. The system turns on but nothing shows on my screen (The screen does work, and so does the cable). I have no idea and who to call (Ghostbusters?), so I need help. PS - Happy New Year!

I really hope not. I was able to OC this CPU to 4.9ghz on air cooling (before deleting the drivers screwed everything in my system and caused me to reset the bios)

Actually, I just looked at the MSI Kombustor test again. Sometimes it runs really well, and other times it stutters to all hell. When it stutters, the core speed gets stuck at ~650mhz. and refuses to go higher, despite it not thermal throttling and not being bottlenecked (cpu runs at ~1% in Kombustor).

I don't think it's the card. My previous card (R9 280x) started doing this not long ago, same with the R9 390 I had before I RMA'd it.

Already done, except the blowing out part. Didn't realize my computer was made by Nintendo. I'll try it

Only CPU is overclocked. It doesn't help if I turn it off. My bios are up to date.

Some games do it less than others, but all I've tested do it.

I would agree with this, but why would my CPU bottleneck my GPU in non-intensive games? I don't see why Payday 2 and TF2 would cause a bottleneck, not to mention the fact that this occurs when my CPU isn't even near 100% load. I have a sneaking suspicion that my motherboard is the problem (because everything connects to it and different parts are having issues), but I have no idea how to prove it. I'd rather not send it in to MicroCenter (got their warranty) and be stuck without a computer and end up with no gains.
