its really weird because my CPU and GPU didnt go over 70% usage

also my CPU is liquid cooled by the kraken 52 with a quad fan pull system

my processor cores are around mid 25C and i was playing GTA earlier and the hottest core got upto 41C and my GPU went upto 50C

Im having problems with GTA 5, i play on high 1080p and i still usually get around 50fps and if im in a less intensive area it goes to 60fps but mostly it is between 35-50fps which is really annoying

what is the difference between the founders edition and normal the standard edition? just a bit more rare or is there a genuine boost comparing to standard?

I want to buy a monitor that is good for FPS e.g. BO4 and others like RDR2, What i want from it: Above 100Hz between 30-35 inches above 1080p (1440P or even 4K if it fits in the budget or goes a little over) ideal if it works well with nvidia GPUs and under £600 would be also be ideal (but could go a little over) Thanks!
