  1. good tip! maybe time to measure my case, but I already ordered oops or... its a good time for a new one xD Fractal Design R5 is getting old I already pulled trigger on the DarkRock Pro4, its all black and was in stock, just wanted to get something fast.
  2. thanks this is really good information! I will compare these too the DarkRock Pro4
  3. Full specs Ryzen 9 5900x | x570 TUF Gaming Pro Wifi | 32gb GSkill 4x8gb @3000mhz | ASUS Strix rx480 8gb | XFX 750W psu | Cosair H100i gtx | Fractal Design R5 haha interesting, I guess I got lucky for 6 years of AIO Yeah currently I am looking at the NH-D15 and Dark Rock Pro 4. I might be leaning towards the Dark Rock Pro 4 because it is cheaper and in stock.
  4. what is the life expectancy of a AIO cooler? I bought mines back in Late 2015 for my 6700k, and only recently I upgraded to a 5900x. my idle temps are around 40C-45C, which seems to be somewhat normal form 5900x from researching on the forums. (I believe anywhere around 30C for the 6700k) But whenever I spin up any game, it goes to 90C immediately and it feels like cool air is being blown from the fans on the radiator. Do yall think the AIO is finally dead? If the AIO is really dead, I guess no more AIOs for me if they only last few years. what would be a good Air cooler for a 5900x?
  5. Hi guys, My dog destroyed my headset, hyperx cloud, whats the current gen hyperx headset? I see that there is hpyerx cloud II, cloud alpha, cloud pro, etc. I am trying to figure out which one is the current gen or most updated version of this headset since I loved how comfortable they were and the good sound quality and mic quality. Or whats the next brand of headset that is good for the price around $99 budget can probably be more but definitely not anything more than $150 Thanks
  6. no1 understands what you just posted. can you clarify what you are trying to ask?
  7. thanks I will be searching for 2x 1080p 120hz or 144hz hopefully IPS panel.
  8. I have not came across one recently. but I will let you know when I find one.
  9. yeah make sense for the freesync to make games feel less choppy
  10. hmm maybe.. so you are saying I should probably just get a 1080p/ 144hz monitor instead of a 1440p monitor? Have you personally experienced 1440p gaming yet or 144hz 1080p gaming?
  11. yeah I know but I dont think I need everything on ultra or extreme for 1440p I bought the 8gb version so that my gpu can handle some of the games hopefully at 1440p.
  12. Hi guys, I have always been playing games at 1080p / 60hz monitors for the longest time. I recently upgraded my gpu to rx480 8gb. I know cheaper 1440p monitors start at around $220 or $250. And I see then go as high as $400 or more with freesync. Do you guys think 1440p is a good upgrade? and is it worth the extra $150 or so for freesync? Edit: I guess now the debate is if I should get 1080p/ 144hz over the 1440p idea.
  13. I also upgraded from a gtx 760, you would have to upgrade to a rx 470 or a gtx 1060-3gb for it to be worth it to upgrade. I am not sure about the specs of the gtx 1050ti but I doubt you will want to wait for the gtx 1050 (non ti) I personally upgraded to a rx480 because I am planning to get a 1440p monitor.
  14. I want to win my current mouse and keyboard is Logitech G710+ and Razer Deathadder Chroma
  15. I would love an ssd, so I can upgrade my laptop, from a hdd to ssd ^0^
  16. I looked at my wire and its maybe 6ft long, it has 10A, 125V, 1250W
  17. yeah the newer boards all better sound solutions now and probably on board amp. Sound cards are a thing of the past!
  18. So I am assuming the 18awg should not work? I will check the price difference of a 16awg and 14awg power cord and go from there.
  19. Hi guys, I have a 750W 80plus bronze certified. I think I misplaced the power cord that came with it originally, and I am not sure if any old generic pc power cord will work. I would be running i7 skylake, gtx 760, h100i gtx water cooler, case with at least 3 case fans + 2 radiator fans, 16gb ddr4 ram, 1hdd, and 1 ssd. not sure if the generic wire will last if I plan to add more parts. I have been trying to understand if a generic 18awg works. I think I am using a generic wire which I am assuming it is 18awg. or should I buy a 16awg or 14 awg wire off amazon. Thanks! I looked at the wires, the wires I am using at 10A 125V 1250W. what gauge is that?
  20. I would love to win this. then I can use it as my lan pc, for when I go to lan events or to a friends house to game.
  21. that is good. maybe this can be the router for me too. I will compare this with other routers that people posts.
  22. hmm thanks I will take a look at this. and compare with the other routers that people posts.
  23. Hi guys I am looking to upgrade my router. My cheap $20 TP-link router is not doing the job when there are more than 8 devices connected. It works fine as wired. and works fine when minimal devices are connected. Once over 8 devices are connected it starts randomly disconnecting. I might update the firmware on the router for now and hope it fixes the problem. I am waiting for some AC routers to go on sale. Anyone know a good router that would work well right out of the box? My budget is around $200 for a decent AC router and can handle over 8 devices connected from wifi, and 3 connected through wire.
  24. its okay its because you live in a hotter climate than others
