  1. As a side note, if you create the install media with Rufus for win11, is has options to disable the checks as well, in addition to requiring an MS account.
  2. Just set up the DNS on your router. That top option is worded to make me assume it should use whatever is set by the router. If you really want to get fancy setup pi-hole ( https://pi-hole.net/ ) on a device and have your router point to that as your DNS server.
  3. You wouldn't need any equipment other a computer and an internet connection. A VPS would be hosted at the provider's data center. You'd pay for whatever resource tier you'd need and you would have superuser access to the VM they spin up for you.
  4. Are you sharing a public IP with other customers from the ISP? If so, you best best would probably be a VPS or something if you want to run devices like these.
  5. It will be mostly dependent on the enclosure you purchase.
  6. Most Noctua products have a 6 year warranty, as well as 150,000 hours MTBF.
  7. If you're planning on buying new drives too, you can get a 15% off coupon by recycling them with Western Digital.
  8. Found a review on RTings https://www.rtings.com/printer/reviews/canon/pixma-g3260 It indicates max weight is 670 g/m² so that 110 lb shouldn't be an issue. Did changing the setting to card stock help at all?
  9. Is there a setting in the printer's driver for printing on cardstock? I have a different laser printer, but you may need to define the paper stock being used for the best results. That cardstock may also have texture, or a different brightness, in comparison to your other stock making it seem not color matched.
  10. Have you thought about building your own firewall/router and using pfsense, opensense, etc.. You could also look at something like UniFi's EdgeRouter series. https://store.ui.com/collections/operator-edgemax-routers
  11. The GTX 600 Series and AMD HD 6000 series would be era appropriate if that was your goal.
  12. Does your infotainment system not have USB? I keep a 128GB thumb drive plugged in with a ton of albums.
  13. I think most would recommend the xm4 still, especially if it's used for travel. The earcups do not fold in on the xm5.
  14. Your temps will be fine with a 280mm AIO and a 5600x.
  15. Is a portable SSD not in budget?
