  1. I am building a workstation with 7980xe, rampage extreme vi, and wanted to know if there are any problems using 2 x 2TB samsung pro M.2. I see almost every similar build where the person spends a lot of money, but never uses 2 x 2TB. Only 1, with maybe a 1TB, or like 3 x 512Gb Thanks a lot in advance -Alex
  2. The sad reality of Brazil. Brazilian import taxes...

They scan your bags when you come back in for anything over $500. if you make it through then you're clear. But sometimes they send you over to some dude on a computer to google search prices, then withhold the item until you pay the tax (the price of the product)

Another problem here is also the access. You couldn't find that motherboard or PSU even with a million bucks. If you manage to find what your looking for though, it may be the same price or maybe a bit cheaper. It depends on a lot of factors too. As a general rule of thumb, everything is just twice the price.
  4. The sad reality of Brazil. Brazilian import taxes...

That's not necessarily true. And it varies from state to state, and many other factors. Like a 3rd of the states in the US don't pay tax on shipping. When you have one of the poorest countries in the world like here in Brazil, and the government not only makes you pay DOUBLE the price, but ALSO double on the shipping cost as tax, sorry my friend but that is shady.
  5. The sad reality of Brazil. Brazilian import taxes...

I wish man, there is just no way around it. I am definitely more fortunate than most. I am mostly posting this to grieve for most Brazilians out here. It's just really sad.
  6. The sad reality of Brazil. Brazilian import taxes...

I guess that could work in some cases, and in desparation. But sometimes the stuff in the import center can stay in there for weeks, months, I've even heard years, before getting released. And each package would be an additional risk. But nice idea though haha.
  7. The sad reality of Brazil. Brazilian import taxes...

For example, I bought something online for 50 bucks and the shipping was like 40 dollars. I had to pay 90 dollars in tax so the total was 180, because they double the price you paid, INCLUDING the tax.
  8. The sad reality of Brazil. Brazilian import taxes...

Paying double (or more) of the price?
  9. The sad reality of Brazil. Brazilian import taxes...

That is USD... regardless though it's just double. The shady thing is that they calculate the tax WITH SHIPPING INCLUDED.
  10. Will a Thermaltake Floe 360 work with Corsair Link?
  11. H115i orThermaltake Floe Triple for 7980xe?

Thanks for the reply guys! Yea I'm delidding and OCing to a max of 4GHz. I really like the look of the Corsair H115i. Is the cooling WAY superior of these other ones? Like a big difference?
  12. Is there a significant difference between the H115i and the Thermaltake Floe Triple 360? I am going to use it on an overclocked (4GHz) 7980xe Thanks! 13. Is this delidding service an okay deal?

Thanks for the reply man, I wanted to know actually about the other factor with the GHz. Like the first one is 4.2 GHz for 2200 bucks. Is that a bad lottery if I see others overclocking to 4.6 and up?
  14. I'm getting an i9 7980xe and heard about that delidding and liquid metal process that lowers the temps. I came across this site and noticed there are other factors with the GHz: https://siliconlottery.com/collections/all/intel-i9-7980xe Is that first one an okay deal? The 4.2 GHz. I don't know much about this topic and wanted some advice from you experts. Thanks!
