  1. Have these over voltage issues been fixed via bios updates yet?
  2. Is Auto Negotiation always the best setting for Ethernet and Internet? I'm running an Intel I-225V 2.5GB Ethernet Card, Virgin Media Super hub 5 in Modem Mode Connected to its 2.5GB Port and 1GB Internet, TP Link AX6000 Router which has a 2.5GB Internet Port and all the Ethernet Cables are Cat 7.
  3. Has this issue now been resolved with latest Bios updates and Agesa updates?
  4. This build now has to be done sooner rather than later, my front USB ports on my current board have started playing up, I can charge devices from them but whatever I plug in device wise doesn't get recognised.
  5. Sure its not motherboard? I have the ASUS Crosshair Hero VII and had issues from Day one with ram timings with 3200Mhz ram. Bios updates have made things better but never been 100% stable. When I build my new system in a few weeks I will be avoiding ASUS motherboards and opting for MSI or Gigabyte instead.
  6. I was looking at the 4080 range in time, just need to save up some extra cash.
  7. Its gonna be used for gaming. Photo editing and internet use. I want to stick to what I like and that's Nvidia please.
  8. I'm gonna be building a new AMD 7900x system soon and I currently have an NVidia 1080 Graphics card. I want to upgrade this in due course to when I can afford it, what would be the cheapest upgrade which would offer me a performance boost please? I do wish to stick to Nvidia over AMD for graphics tho. Thanks.
  9. Thanks again, I've not had an Intel CPU since the Pentium P133Mhz, I will stick to AMD, Thanks Again for your time
  10. Thanks for your input, not a Intel fan though.
  11. I looked at this Samsung SSD but the read and write speed isn't as fast as what I picked?
  12. Budget (including currency): £1500 Country: UK Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'm gonna be Building a new PC for myself and my partner to use for Gaming and net use mainly but will also be using for desktop publishing and photo editing. Here are the new parts I've chosen with links..... The reason I'm asking for people to check I've not built a pc since my dad passed away and don't know if everything is compatible. Thanks.
  13. Download the trial of Internet Download Manager which lasts for 30 days and see if this works. If it does its well worth the price. Also download TCP Optimizer, run this in Admin mode and then slide the slider across to what internet speed u have, choose which adapter u wish to change settings for and then choose optimal in bottom right. Apply changes, choose backup settings and then restart PC. BTW TCP Optimizer is a free tool from here...... https://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php
  14. I would avoid ITX if u plan on upgrades or putting it in a hot room.
