Which R7 are you using? is it a 200 series or a 300 series?

Right now both my desktop and my laptop run 10 but on my old laptops because they where older and not meant for gaming i had variations of Ubuntu on them. Plan on getting a second drive for my desktop and put Debian on it.

They'll be really really useful. also cherry mx mean's i could get custom key caps later on.

I'm a actually really liking that one. the blue accent with the white leds look really nice and the programmable keys would be really helpful.

I'm a Computer Science Major as of next August and currently I'm using the Keyboard pictured as my main keyboard which is mushy as all heck. So I'm looking to get a new keyboard but i have no idea what is good quality and what is total crap. I have a maximum budget of $150 but i'm only willing to pay that much if i find something that really really want. I like clickly keys that i can feel and i need something with a numpad. I'm going to be using it for college coding and gaming (non competitive). also i hate red leds. Any suggestions?

I recently got me a Dell Inspiron 7559 (link to it on the dell website) for about $799 and its a solid performer and it has around the same specs as something at the price level 1200 price range. There are more expensive version with ssds , an i7, better screen and more ram but they stay under or around $1200.
