  1. Don't have an exact budget. But I'm going to be paying for it, so I have to start saving. I'm not a HUGE BMW fan, but the 80s e30's are pretty cool.
  2. Sure. I saw a guy put an i7 3rd gen with a 7950 Alienware on my local craigslist for 2500, and that sold.
  3. Obv. not going to get 1600 from it, you ask higher than what you want on craigslist. I sold a lower end 2007 Alienware for $300 a few months ago (Core 2 quad something or another, you could get one for about $20 nowadays with a GTX 275) but I was asking $500. Bought me my first high end GPU (970) with that
  4. So, I'm about to be getting my first car, and I'm trying to decide what to get. I'm on a fairly limited budget, probably only a few thousand, and I want something like a 70s Pontiac GTO (obv. used in pretty bad condition, but my dad's a mechanic and my mom used to do body work, so they could probably help me fix it up). Any recommendations? I'd also probably drive an '80s/early '90s BMW e30/m3 if I could find one cheap enough (yeah right).
  5. You'd probably be able to get around that, ask 1600ish and let them talk you down a little bit. If you dont get any offers, lower it, keep doing that until you get offers. Give it a few weeks before you do so though.
  6. I currently have 3x 24" Vizio TV's (one older one, one new but non-smart, and another which is in the mail which is smart, all 1080p) as monitors running off of my 970, and I've been debating selling them and getting different monitors or an ultrawide. They are decent (well, the one in the mail should be, its the exact same as the new non-smart one but with Wifi), but they are only 60hz, and obviously not meant for gaming. So what do you guys think? I should be able to get around $350ish total from my local Craigslist.
  7. If you are going to sell whole, put it on Craigslist for just under what you originally paid for it. That's what I do with my old computers. Where I live, OG p4's still sell for ~$50-$100.
  8. Yeah, true, it's just delayed. Hopefully there will still be videos every day, just released a couple days after.
  9. Once upon a time I played Xbox, and watched ASDF movies. The random xbox live handle generator gave me Swimllama, and that reminded me of the ASDF movie sketch where the lama is driving and the guy says "No, llama, no!" so I added swim to the end of it. I've been using this for about 5 years now.
  10. Kinda sucks for his younger viewers such as myself who don't always have money. I only have money every few months, and then it's usually not a lot, or just enough for my next big upgrade to keep my computer running decently (and when I say that, I mean JUST enough, down to the dollar).
  11. It seems so. From what I've seen, its $3 USD/month after the first year.
  12. I've noticed that the video quality is worse than Youtube. And while I don't have a 4k monitor (still stuck on 1080p... such is the life of a poor 14 year old),it I don't see any way to enable it anyways (I do so on Youtube for better picture quality).

  14. Looking to get in to coin mining, but I don't have a lot of money. I already have some parts (AM3 motherboard, probably a power supply somewhere), and I want to know what I can do with them. What I was thinking about doing is getting a lower end Phenom II, and a 7950/7970 (probably a broken one that just needs to be reflowed). I don't pay the power bill, but it's pretty cheap where I am anyways. How much would I be looking at spending, and how long would it take to get my money back? I dont want to spend over $150, but $200 max if it can be made back quickly. Thanks!
