  1. EVGA GTX950 SSC edition. I'm looking to upgrade to drive my 1440p monitor better. I hate fanboys. Both teams rule.
  2. whelp im sad but i think its safe to say my on-board audio is toast. Thanks for the help guys
  3. okay ill take pictures and put my progress up on here
  4. Tnx ill try that @siman, and ill tape over it just for good measures.
  5. but i believe the traces are still connected because windows is seeing the device as disconnecting and reconnecting. What im thinking is potentially since its open there could be interference causing windows to see a device. Im not sure tho
  6. do you think electrical tape would solve it temporarally
  7. Okay so i was putting in a new graphics card and my arm got hit. The metal bracket scratched the motherboard right over the audio lanes. Now in windows there is no audio and it says the realtek audio devices are being constantly unplugged and reattached. Do you think the scratch was the cause of the problem or was it something else. For now i disabled the audio device. Please help me.
