  1. My parents are looking into getting iPhones, but I want to keep using my android phone. My question is: we keep chargers at the same spot throughout the house. I was considering getting a usb c to lightning adapter similar to this one. https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Compatible-iPhone11-Transmission-Charging/dp/B08H21PML7/ref=sr_1_20?dchild=1&keywords=usb+c+to+lightning+adapter&qid=1606846317&sr=8-20#customerReviews The reviews on that adapter seem like is pretty hit or miss on whether or not it works. Is there any easy way to be able to charge both an Android and iPhone on the same charger, besides wireless charging?
  2. In the middle of using my computer today, the majority of my USB Ports stopped working. The only USB Ports Still working are the USB 3.0 Ports on the Motherboard Itself, and the Type C Port on my graphics card. The USB 2.0/3.1/Type C Ports on my Motherboard as well as my front Panel USB 3.0 all are non-functional. In Windows Device Manager, my USB 3.1 Controller gives the following error: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" All other USB Controllers report as working fine in device manager. Could a USB Driver be available that I could try reinstalling? I didn't find one on the motherboard website. Is there anything else I could try to get the USB Ports working again that doesn't involve replacing the entire motherboard? Specs: Ryzen 7 2700X Asrock B450 Steel Legend MSI Armor RTX 2070
  3. When I open SteamVR, my computer will sometimes shut off immediately. It will sometimes run just fine. And it just shuts off instantly as if it loses power. I then can't turn on the PC again until I unplug the computer, press the power button a few times, and plug it back in. When I press the power button with it unplugged it will have the lights flash for a split second. I'm using an Oculus Rift CV1. My drivers and Windows are both up to date. Specs: Ryzen 7 2700x AsRock B450 Steel Legend 32 GB Gskill Ripjaws V 3200 MHz MSi RX480 Armor 8G EVGA SuperNova 750 B1 with Cablemod Extensions
  4. I really enjoy my Oculus Rift, but every single time I try to play anything in VR, mostly beat saber, my glasses get fogged up almost instantly. Its to the point where I basically can't get through a single song in beat saber. Does anyone have any suggestions?
  5. Thank you for this so much! I just got a new roku. You had great timing I guess!
  6. Neither of these links solved my problem, but thanks anyway!
  7. It did work for a little bit for a few months when I first built my pc, but most of the time I've had it it hasn't worked. Any internet connection as far as I can tell should be working just fine.
  8. Every time I try to install any app using the Microsoft store I get an error message as shown in the following screenshot. I've tried the troubleshooting that I can think of (Googling, restarting computer, etc.). Nothing seems to fix it. The error message is as follows: Check your internet connection We couldn't connect you to the service Code: 0x80072EFD
  9. That fixed it thanks!
  10. Yesterday, I updated my computer to the Windows 10 April 2018 update. Ever since then, my microphone, which is a blue yeti, has stopped working. In windows settings it shows up and when I talk the levels will move with my voice, but no programs can use it for some reason.
  11. That is my problem - almost all benchmarks out there are gaming related. I haven't found benchmarks comparing the cards in video editing scenarios, and I am going Nvidia for CUDA acceleration, which based on my research, blows AMD out of the water
  12. I largely want a graphics card for premiere GPU acceleration (I do play games, but not my main priority). I mainly will do 1080p editing at the moment, but I am not putting it out of the question that this card will edit 4k footage in the future. My question is - is the extra VRAM in the 6gb model worth it for premiere pro? Or will the 3gb model do fine?
  13. I personally use the Sennheiser hd 598 with the amp built into my mobo. After a year of daily use I still love them.
