Well, I guess YouTube likes to break their own rules if they gave me a partnership.
A partnership scout channel from Zoomin.TV - Games added me on their YouTube contacts, but I haven't received anything from them. The other scout is from TGN, and he asked me on Twitter if I was interested about partnering with them.
I have a gaming channel on YouTube that has been getting about 2-5 subscribers a day, and I am already a YouTube Partner. Recently I have been contacted by two partnership scouts from different networks. Only one of the scouts has sent me a message on Twitter about becoming a partner, and the other only added me as a contact on YouTube. I don't know if I can say the network names, but they seem to be large networks with 200k+ subscribers each. I am not sure what I should do, so I am asking for some help if any of you guys have any experience with this.
It mostly has to do with consoles. The Xbox 360 has 3-core cpu, and I am not sure what the PS3 has. Developers are going to make their games more compatible on the most popular system, which is the 360 and PS3.
It is probably because you are using mods that conflict each other, such as two or more mods that change the same object. Your PC specs shouldn't cause the game to crash because of any mods.
It is a mod pack put together by Logan from Tek Syndicate/ razethew0rld.

"Gameplay is coded on servers" is a bunch of EA garbage talk. It is just an excuse for having DRM. It's just like Diablo 3 having DRM, so no one can "cheat" in their auction house, even though it is a single player game.
DRM does not harm pirates, it only harms the consumers.
I played the beta, and I liked it a lot, but I won't buy it on day one for a few reasons. Because the game uses always online DRM and servers, I bet SimCity is going to have similar connection problems as Diablo 3. And I also do not want to buy a game for $60 that I won't be able to play when EA takes down their servers for the game.
Computer Science a broad field that includes the study of computers, electronics, software, hardware, networking, and much more.
Software engineering is mostly about software development and management.
It should be your account, the hacker must of changed some of the account information. When my account was hacked, the guy changed my user name and set my language to Russian.
Yeah, this has happened to me because of EA's poor security. Calling EA support is the fastest option to get your account back; it took me about an hour on the phone to get my account back.
