Title says it all basically i've set my ryzen 1500x to 3.7 ghz at 1.35v but when i look at cpuid monitor its running at 1.30v-1.34v at unstable figures.My mobo is an b350m running at a stock cooler and maybe that's the problem ? Its running fine at 3.7ghz honestly but seeing figures other than what i set freaks me out.

Only in online when i spawn at my apartment some bits of the map is not loaded and when i exit people start falling please help or say hat i have the same problem.

Even though i have a old and a crappy pc there are still some parts that i can use such as ram,psu,case and the hard drive.My cpu is an fx 4100 gpu amd 6790.Any ideas on what should i do. btw my country has the most expensive gtx 1080 in the world !

If you want smooth gameplay you may need to upgrade to gtx 970 btw i5 6600 is too much for 960

My 'tip' would be buying a gpu for gaming.

So my computer had 4 gigs of ram when i first build it , after a while i got the same one and upgraded it to 8 gig,after that it always said that '8 gig (4 gig usable)',when i turned off the computer.I was solving it by msconfig but its working randomly now pls help !!
