Fucking hell... yesterday keyboard... today GPU... I dont know whether to cry or laugh anymore.

Stuck at 1569MHz max... it wont budge any higher. Any change to clock results in driver crashing. Seems like the issue is the FTW3 Hybrid kit according to this

many people have the same issue. Mounting back the air cooler doesent fix it... looks like another 1080ti bites the dust .... kill me now please.
