Both, BTW I'm using all-PWM fans (I changed my layout a bit) 2x CM JetFlo 120 1x Corsair SP120 High Performance Edition PWM 1x Deepcool Gamer Storm Captain 120 included fan (Not really a fan..) 1x Deepcool Gamer Storm Captain 120 Water Cooler (3-pin)

CPU usage is spiking up very frequently.. And i have a Y splitter coming off my motherboard header, then they both have one DeepCool 4-slot Fan hub each. Which powers 6 system fans. (I think 4 on one, 2 on the other) Can anyone help me with this issue?
