you can use a cloning program (Aomei backupper, easeus etc.) but I would highly recommend 2 HDDS instead of 1HDD so you have a backup if 1 of them fails.
if you're doing Overclocking as much as possible, try to invest in a premium air cooler like a (thermalright or noctua) or an aio cooler so you wont cook up your cpu.
try to invest in a 120+ gb ssd instead. If i remember correctly, (please correct me if I'm wrong) SSD has a limited number of reads and writes. so it's better to have a larger size so the ssd could undergo much more reads and writes before dying.
sadly noctua fans sacrifices looks for performance. even though they have a new all black fans however with their poop brown rubber pads, they are hella expensive, but still, the technology in the new fans are phenomenal.
