I'm planning to start buying the parts for my pc in about a month or so (depending on if I have the money or not) but I had one minor issue. I'm not sure which brand I should buy my ram from (I want 16gb). I was planning to buy the G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory, but then I discoved the Avexir Core Series 16GB 2X8GB DDR3-1600 11-11-11-28 1.5V Blue LED Dual Channel Memory Kit - Black. I'm not sure if you have heard of Avexir, but I was looking into buying my ram from them just because the ram has led lights on them the glow off and on (I like it because it makes my desktop look more futuristic ). Is there a quality/speed difference between these two types of Ram? I would be very appreciative if you helped me. Sorry I a newb, this is my first pc build. Thanks so much. P.S: For the O.S that I selected what does OEM mean? Is that a CD? Hello everyone, I am planning to build a 4k gaming rig pretty soon. But I'm not sure which motherboard to get the ASRock Z97 Extreme 6 or the MSI Z97S SLI PLUS? The h110i GT? or just the h110i. Corsair realeased a new cooler called the h110i GT.

What liquid CPU cooler do you think is better and also better for my case? The Corsair H110i GT 113.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler or the Corsair H100i?

Honestly, I think I will just stick with the 450D. Ive been planning to use that case and already decided where it would go in my house and fitted my build for that case. I don't really want to change my case rn. Thanks for the suggestion though

So other than installing steam and stuff, do all the steps that I listed in that order? And then dont touch my pc for like about a day?

Ok so basicly, turn on my pc, open my disk drive, put the windows disk in, select install on SSD, do manual setup and dont select windows crap that I dont need, wait for it to install, instal a web browser, go to the nvida link you gave me and select automatic driver updates, then selcect automatic windows updates, install other stuff like steam and orgin, then play with my computer a bit, and then leave it on over night and restart it in the morning?

Do I select the automatic driver updates for the gpus? When I put the disk in, will it ask me if I want to save windows to the ssd? And also when you say do all other updates, what other updates are there?

Ok, cool. So ill remove that at save 70 bucks. Also after i built everything and put everything together, now what? Turn the system on and then install the os? Also do I have to install drivers for everything? Sorry i really have no clue what to do after i build the system, I dont even really know what drivers is.
