  1. Great help guys, I think I think I'll be waiting a little longer and see what happens with the market. I've gotten good advice both where I can save a few bucks and don't overspend and what I should be looking for when choosing the parts for my usage. Thank you for the tips I'll be back.
  2. Budget (including currency): 4k USD that is around 40k SEK Country: Sweden Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly games for now but don't really know which, I want it to handle most of them. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 1440p 120+ Hz Hello, I’m planning a new build and need your help choosing that parts so if you have any recommendations please say. I have put together a list below and a couple of questions at the bottom. GPU: ZOTAC GeForce RTX 3080 AMP Holo LHR Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-F GAMING WIFI, LGA1700 CPU: Intel Core i7-12700K Memory: Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 5200MHz 32GB (2x16GB) PSU: ASUS ROG Strix 1000W Storage: Samsung 980 PRO 2TB SSD Monitor: ASUS 27" TUF VG27AQ1A Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv (already have) And I do plan on overclocking. The list is about 3500 USD and the extra 500 USD is for a CPU cooler, keyboard and mouse. Questions Also need a CPU cooler, should I go air or AIO and compatibility with the my case, what are your recommendations? Could it be worth buying a cheaper GPU for now and hope that the 4000 series is released with a more reasonably price and buy a new one then or should I just go for the 3080 considering everything that's going on in the world now? What are your preferred size on the monitor, 27" or 32" at a normal desk?
  3. Good point, right now it's only a ps4 but in the future I will buy a new gaming laptop and maybe a ps5
  4. Hello I need to buy a router and I need help because I don't know what to look for. So I need recommendations of what to buy. I live in a small apartment of 39 m2/419 ft2 and the internet is 1000/1000mbit and sometimes I game on wifi. And about the budget I don't know, is it worth paying alot in that case what do you get or what is a fair price? The devices I use for now is only a ps4, but in the future I will buy a new gaming laptop and maybe a ps5. That's the only relevant information I could think of but if there's anything else just ask
  5. Most monitors in other countries that are $800 are not $800 dollars in Sweden so I'll chose some monitors as suggestions instead and I'll be back, thanks
  6. Yeah I like the Dell U3415W which was resenably reasonably priced here in Sweden too, do you have any 4k options too?
  7. Hi, I'm looking to buy two new monitors, one 4k for med and one 3440x1440 (21:9) for my colleague for a maximum of $800 each. They will be used for work and everyday things. Don't need like top of the line color grading but don't want shitty coloring either. So give me all the ideas you have. PS. Don't want you to give me options based on this question but does it work good to scale down games to like 1920x1080 if I were ever to play on this monitor?
  8. Okey I realise your concern but both are not for me only the 16:9 and their for work so that a whole different side on the pricing.
  9. Realised that I forgot to write that $850 was each, sorry for the inconvenience.
  10. Yeah that's true but I am going to upgrade so at first I won't be gaming at 1440p. Gaming on full resulotion on that monitor is in the near future, so you don't need to worry about that.
  11. Hi, I'm looking to get 2 new monitors, one with 21:9 and one standard 16:9. The 21:9 will be used for a lot of programming so pretty good coloring. The other one will be used for more allround things but pretty good coloring is needed aswell. Both are for work but the 16:9 will be used for games and videos also, both preferably atleast 1440p. So I guess the 21:9 should be IPS, both maybe? I don't know so please tell me your thoughts and a lot of different alternatives is very much appriciated, everything up to maybe $850 each. Don't hesitate to ask if I didn't give enough info or something. Thank you
