i would ditch the dvd drive but i have alot of old disk games and the network adapter is cause i cant get a lan cable to my room yea i still am thing about the motherboard and yea i am thinking about sli possibly or just a straight 980

Great, do you think I should get a z97 GD65 msi mobo instead of the gaming 5

I can't open the link which says the difference between the gaming 5 and gd65 but do I really need all of the features and is it good from your experience?
