    Restoring Games

    I did a fresh install of windows and my games are on my second hard drive so how do I get Steam to recognize them?

    My pc won't boot into windows and I am pretty sure my hard drive is almost dead so is there a way I can transfer everything on that hard drive onto a new ssd without booting into windows.

    Well from what I have heard the cpu usually outlasts everything else in most computers.

    Other than the cutscenes I can play the game with everything maxed out at 1440p at around 40-50 fps.

    Sometimes when I am playing SR4 during the cutscenes my cpu and gpu will go to almost idle and I will only get about 20 fps during the cutscenes. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    I probably will My first hard drive that is older is vibrating a bit more than my newer hard drive and it was making a grinding sound.

    Smart said I had a problem with my hard drive over a year ago and now that hard drive is 6 years old so I think it is time to upgrade to an ssd anyways.

    There is a sound coming from the inside of my pc and it sounds like a grinding noise. I think it is coming from my hard drive.

    You could get a R9 390 instead of a GTX 970 if you don't already have that build.
