I will be building a portable mini itx system for my little brother. Budget is $500 US. It will be primarily used for gaming. Either finding a case with a carrying handle or I can mod one on. Just looking for best bang for the buck kinda thing. Thanks for the help guys.

I was playing league yesterday and all the sudden was having random moments where I was like skipping frames. I restarted my PC after the game as a friend had had a similar issue that was resolved this way. After I shut down my computer wouldn't even make it to BIOS it was just in a constant restart loop. I tried taking off my cpu cooler and reseating/repasting my cpu but this didn't help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

So my CPU AIO cooler leaked straight onto my gpu so its basically fked. I'm looking at a r9 390 or 390x. There is about a ~$50 difference in the two on newegg in the US. Is it worth the premium for the 390x?

Idk if you're into the cooler on the sapphire dual-x 380. Personally i'd get the sapphire nitro 380 instead.
