  5. i just bought a 6700k @26500 rs and they had 5820k for like 28 something.
  6. nice even i play at 1440p with hairworks and e3fx reshade mod i can maintain 60fps with occasional dips to 51fps. never goes below 50fps though
  7. Benchmark: FireStrike CPU: 6700k @ stock GPU: Zotac gtx 980 Ti AMP GPU Core: 1452MHz GPU Memory: 2003MHz Score: 16079 3DMark link: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/9509138

  9. i didnt understand can you explain bit more
  10. I recently bought a zotac gtx 980ti amp edition. so i started to overclock it using msi afterburner what i noticed is that by default the memory clock is to +150. i cannot increase it any further if i say increase it to 151 and click apply it just resets to 150. i set core clock to +200 and left voltage untouched and i dont plan to touch voltage. set a custom fan profile and everything is running fine. no crashes no artifacts. played gta 5. now i ran valley benchmark in the right side it shows graphics card 1653 and memory 3305. what is this. and am i doing anything wrong. need advice
  11. gigabyte z170x gaming 3 looks good has all features and is very cheap
  12. zotac amp edition cheapest aftermarket cooler gtx 980 ti can be oced to match amp extreme
  13. it also depends on how long u r going to keep the gpu. if you planning long term then gtx 980ti but if you the sort of person who upgrades every year or 2 then there are lot of options from both sides
  14. i would suggest 6700k since it performs better they any other cpu in some modern AAA games. above 1080p cpu is not the bottle neck anyway. get 5820k If do some productive work besides gaming if not 6700k is the way to go
