i heard this amazing thing on the radio..

 

a 20 year old has been arrested over uploading a video where he chokes a 13 year old until he faints, and then threw him into a river.

 

his defense: "it was just for fun"

 

can we please bring back death penalty?

    Was the 13 year old alright? And like, seriously, get that 20 year old to therapy or something, as well as the victim.

    seeing he got put in jail for "inhuman handling" instead of "murder in cold blood" i guess the 13 year old was fine.

     

    and this guy is what i'd call beyond the scope of therapy.
