Also I tried using my graphics card in instead of integrated, which is wierd considering there's a dvi port on the mobo that a ryzen chip wouldn't have integrated graphics. I believe the motherboard doesn't have lights( its pretty cheap), so I cant see the current condition of it.

The CPU fan and psu fan are running. Yeah my psu is on my optical drive seems to work just fine when I turn it on however.

Hello! I am currently at wits end on my PC build. The PC will not post. I have tried a different psu, breadboarding, I even Rma'd my motherboard order because I thought it had to be the missing link ( it wasn't) Build; https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jRjVQV I have connected the speaker to the mobo, but I don't even get beep codes or qcodes. I feel like I've tried everything to get this damn thing to post and there is nothing I can do. Any tips?

So my grandpa is running a version of windows 7. He gets constant pop ups saying he should "upgrade" ect. My mom asks me how can we upgrade, i tell her you can for around 60 or 80 $. she flips out, i tell her about a magical place where its sold cheaper. She asks how it works. errrmmm... anyone know?
