Yeah that looks fine to me, very most likely a software issue then. Have you got another machine you can try play from?

Hm, what router do you have? Also open CMD and ping a game server's IP address and see if the ping has a high response time.

Could be something to do with your firewall. Try completely disabling it in Windows and see what happens. (Don't forget to turn it back on afterwards)

Might as well pick one up from eBay, there's normally plenty of them and they're usually built to last.

It's fine if you're playing locally but if you go on a populated server it will run like shit, HOWEVER, that is not dependant on the client and it's because of the source engine.

Could you post an actual screenshot instead of a blurry picture from your phone? If the screenshot isn't affected then the issue probably isn't with the game.

I'm pretty certain that the sata connector coming out of the hub is to power the fans. Also, what pump have you got? I can't really give you an accurate answer with out knowing that.
