Im comparing USD to USD. If that monitor is going to be 500$ USD and the PB278 is already cheaper what makes you think that this new monitor will be cheaper?

Again showing how little people know. That's why there's stuff like PayPal buyer protection and you pay attention to who you sell with. A lot more expensive stuff then your 6970 is bought and sold everyday. It is by far the best place to buy and sell used hardware. Unless you deal in person and want to risk just getting stabbed then there's no other good option

Heat is easier to fix than having a bad chip from the start and having to pump 1.4+v into it to get 4.7Ghz -

Email is a terrible way to get fast support. Also SLS you have to wait atleast until the end of the shipping estimate. Sometimes tracking is just slow to update.
