Finally got a for-bios-updating Pentium G620 on order (cost less than every single LGA 1155 Celeron in Australia by far), as well as a Xeon 1230 v2. Which will be a huge upgrade from an i3 4160 (its motherboard might be dead - it's one of those "refurbished" ones off Ebay from China and shows no signs of life)

Edit: The Xeon btw will provide near i7 3770 performance, all for $109 AUd. And the Sandybridge (non V2) version is only $99, with i7 2600K level performance. Though from what I understand, neither have an iGPU (which is another reason for the Pentium - seeing if the display outs on the motherboard actually work)
