Well, my PCI TV tuner+PCIe SATA/IDE RAID cards also no longer cause micro freezes or BSOD after the PSU replacement. I now have a fully fledged entertainment/gaming system (though only with my computer screen-my TV's picture quality blows) system. Though I don't think the TV card handles DVBT-2 HW decoding due to its age. But since I've got a 4790K instead of the P4 3.2GHz that was recommended that's not a big deal-it idles while recording.
