Corsair are awesome but I'm not to sure about the CX series. I would go the saesonic G650. Their "G" series is excellent from what I have heard.

The X-650 is a great unit. If you wanna save money get the G-650.

I would get the CoolerMaster Vanguard S or the cheapest Seasonic.

that's a pretty good build, nice job
i would try for the Z97 board though since it's more modern and leaves you a better upgrade path in Broadwell

You may find http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2389948 useful.
Unless the memory is very close in price to 2x4GB DDR3-1600 CL9, it probably isn't worth the premium.

Hi there naokiJ0510,
According to this discussion – http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2194511/motherboard-buy-asus-z97i-msi-z97i-gaming.html there shouldn't be a significant difference between the two mobos in question in terms of gaming. I'd also support what PokémonTrainerFour said. In all, it looks great and I hope you'll have fun with your new rig.

If you want to upgrade in the future to a lot of RAM (e.g. you only have 2 DIMM slots) you should get the single stick.
For most use cases, (unless you're running a server) it doesn't matter. Just check if the 2x4GB kit or the 1X8GB kit is cheaper.
