    So as I said i'm looking for a steering wheel for about 50€, I know it's not much, but i'm not a hardcore racing gamer. What would you recommend?

    WOW that was fast :). I'm going to talk with him about the psu change and @Hirgaki i dont think he minds turning the graphics down a bit. Thanks for the support, i'll update you with what we have decided.
