  1. Well it is a funny story actually.I had found an early 90s desktop pc that was using only din 5 keyboards so i went to school and i saw by mistake that keyboard i asked if i could take it and they said sure because they were considering it was trash. I took it i used on the pc that worked on it but the pc had a dead hdd so i saved that keyboard in my closet for around 8 years. Then randomly searching on you tube and on forums i read all old keyboards were mechanical so i uncapped it and found out it was mechanical. Then i bought a DIn 5 to ps2 converter and start using it and had 0 issues
  2. yes it works perfectly and i use it daily . as for the switches i cant tell since it is my first mechanical keyboard but i compared it to some high end brand mechanical switches and they felt much cheaper and flimsier than mine
  3. https://imgur.com/a/0qmYSIw As shown in the pics above it has yellow switches which i was able to identify as https://deskthority.net/wiki/Taiwan_jet_axis However the weird thing is that the board and switches it has it is mismatched by the enclosure it is in. As seen here https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/3b3b2n/help_ive_found_an_old_dytcom_k160_keyboard/ the enclosure belongs to a k160 with cherry blue switches while my keyboard enclosure should be like this https://klikkyklik.wordpress.com/category/klik/page/3/ scroll the page down a bit Anyone can explain it ?
  4. Diy self phase cooling on a mid tower with external freon tank? ._.
  5. should i mod it like paint it black and buy new key caps?Switches are Taiwan jet axis (abbreviated TJ by alps.tw) is a series of Cherry MX clone switches. The manufacturer of the switch is not known. (copied from wiki) https://deskthority.net/wiki/Taiwan_jet_axis
  6. yes it comes with the side panel and yes i would like to make a new setup in it after i mod it a lot
  7. i only want the case no what inside of it i was just freaked out how bad the owner made his water cooling
  8. I am more concerned about the water pump that has a suko plug
