  1. Hi I need some advice. So I have a laptop for work which only has usb c ports. I have a keyboard and a mouse that is powered by USB 3.0 port on my home computer desktop. I'd like to use both the mouse and keyboard with my work laptop too. Is there any kind of hub or switch I can get so I can use it with my work laptop and my home computer without having to keep unplugging things. (Not at the same time though) I hope the above makes sense. P.S I do have a spare USB C port on my computer.
  2. Thanks for the advice everyone. I'll be sure to look into it. I'll have to wait a little longer until I can get it running. The entire house electrics needs rewiring . I'm thinking of moving locations of the PC now, would the PC be safe to be put next to a bay window?
  3. Hi I'm after some advice. Hopefully, I've posted this in the right place. I have my PC which I haven't used in about 2 years due to issues with electrics in the room. My question is, once iI have the electrics sorted out and before I switch it on, do I need to take any precautions. I know I need to ensure there isn't any buildup of dust in the case, but is there anything else? Thanks in advance.
  4. cheers guys!
  5. Hi Need help. I have a very old Hard Drive that I want to get some old photos off. Does anyone know what kind of adapter I'll need so I can plug into my laptop. I think the connector is called PATA. I've tried looking on Amazon UK but can't really work out what I need. Can anyone recommend an adaptor? Thanks In advance.
  6. Thanks for you suggestions. I must admit, I do like Galaxy Watch Active 2, although I read somewhere their heart rate monitor was'nt very accurate. Fitbit Versa 2 does look like a very good option.
  7. Hey Guys, Hopefully, this is the right thread. Just after some recommendations. Can anyone recommend any smartwatches with good batterylife and heart rate monitor? I have the Samsung S10, so will need to be compatible with that. Thanks in advance.
