  1. The back buttons and that multitasking UI is amazing.
  2. I'm looking for a new soundbar so I dont have to use crappy bult in speaker on my tv. I have a 55 inch vizio smart tv. I was looking at a vizio one and it looked pretty nice and cost around $140. The reviews aren't the best so what do you guys think? My maximum budget is $250. here is the one i was looking at: http://www.amazon.com/VIZIO-S3820w-C0-38-Inch-Theater-Integrated/dp/B00DG6FOV0/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1393731356&sr=8-4&keywords=vizio+soundbar
  3. yeah i ended up buying hotspot shield and using the discount code. So far i really like it.
  4. yes but HotSpot shield is $30 a year. Is that as cheap as it gets?
  5. And btw, the title is missing and "f". Sorry
  6. Hey guys, I am thinking of purchasing a VPN service due to Verizon completely throttling my YouTube Bandwidth. I am paying for a 50/25 connection speed and on my speed test.net results are usually 56/30 but my youtube videos buffer at 720p which is absurd. After watching the teksyndicate vid on how a VPN could be a solution I looked at 2 VPN sevices, HotSpot shield and private internet access. I was thinking of buying hotspot shield for a year because it is $10 cheaper and im a bit tight on money right now so I wanted to get someone elses opinion. How is HotSpot shield and is their a cheaper alternative. I would prefer any VPN to have unlimited bandwidth and have a monthly/yearly fee as if they went by how much data i use, i would end up paying a lot. Thanks.
  7. thanks ill try it out. Unfortunately it sill crashed
  8. I am well aware that this integrated GPU is not meant for gaming but it plays other source games just fine. It can also handle other games such as planetside 2 on low settings. So whats the issue with titanfall? When launching titanfall, a message pops up saying "Game startup failed because video card does not support the required features". What features could be possibly missing to play a source game? When you press ok the game continues to open to the EA and Respawn logo screens and then crashes. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? Specs: Intel core i5 2450m @ 2.5 GHz Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz Ram Intel HD 3000 with latest drivers And please dont say " just get 4 GTX titans in quad SLI mannnnnn, thats the way pc gaming should be". Yes i already know, its not my choice i am stuck with this integrated bs.
  9. Hey guys. So i was just watching a random youtube video when i noticed the video buffering about 20 seconds in on 360p quaility on youtube. I went on speedtest.net to check my speed to see if something was wrong but i got my regular result of about 60 down and around 30 up. My isp is Verizon fios and i live on the east coast. I went on my phone and brought up the same vid and the throttling happened again. I used my LTE data on my phone (from AT&T) and it worked perfectly. I usually have no issues watching 720p video from youtube but sometimes this does happen. Is verizon throttling my youtube bandwidth? or am i missing something? if there is any solution you can think of it will be appreciated. Here is a speedtest i did at the time of the vid buffering:
  10. Hey guys. Recently i have had some issues when i try to put my laptop to sleep. When i close the laptop lid my computer is supposed to sleep. But around 2 weeks ago when i would close the lid it would shut off the screen and not sleep. The fan and all the LED's were still on and i could not turn the screen back on. I have tried everything i could and researched a bit but i couldn't solve this problem. i also did a clean install of windows 8 which somewhat fixed the problem. By that i mean now it can sleep once but if i try to close the lid again in the same boot the problem happens again. I have no idea what im doing to prevent it from sleeping. it was working fine 2 weeks ago. I have a sony vaio running windows 8 64-bit with a intel core i5 2450m with 6 GB of Ram. I am sort of a pc noob so if you have a solution try to be clear :o. All my pc knowledge comes from watching linus tech tips for about 1 and a half years. Thanks!
