Sounds good. Your pump is strong enough, don't worry.

ID doesn't matter much past 3/8. 3/8 or 1/2 ID is more than enough for custom loops. OD is up to you, depending on how much rigidity you want.

The EX280 will be fine with some good static pressure fans. 420mm of rad space is nice for a CPU + GPU. Good luck!

Okay I have read the beginging thread and have looked into a lot of different things for water cooling now that I want to intergrade it  into my PC. But I still have some other question that some others with some previous knowledge might know.

    1) currently I am looking at only cooling my CPU but considering replacing it with something in the Evga 770 series or just adding a water block to my current Sapphire.

I am almost positive that this pump will be fine with just the CPU, but can I add a Graphics block (Plus another single 120 rad) and not upgrade my pump, and is the pressure okay in this curernt config?

    2) Tube size... Will all this flow with my curernt thought of 3/4 x 5/8, and how much does the inner size matter? I know the wider inside the less force the water will flow through. Should I look at a different size Tube?

I know all of this could be fixed by just buying a set say by XSPC or Alphacool  set, but that I want my touch.

    My Current Build:
CPU - AMD 8320 (Not over Clocked but currently cooled wit ha Corsair H60)
Sapphire Redeon HD 6970 (Currently over clocked with fan cool)
    Evga 600B PSU
    Mobo: Gigabyte 990 FX UDA3
    Rosewill Patriot Case

What I am considering for my WC kit:
CPU Block: Bitspower Summit EF CPU Liquid Cooling Block
Tubing: PrimoChill PrimoFlex Advanced LRT Tubing 3/8"ID x 5/8" OD
Rad: XSPC EX280 Dual 140mm Low Profile Split Fin Radiator
Pump: Phobya DC12-260 12V Water Cooling Pump
    Fiting(s): Monsoon Free Center Compression Fitting - 3/8"ID x 5/8"OD x 8
Res: FrozenQ PC NovaCore 220 Reservoir

    Side Notes:

IF I ad my Graphic card to the loop I will add (1) 140 single rad in addition to the other 140 x 2.
