    i think you can download from the manufacturer and from amd but if you want to update your bios chipsets etc. for your laptop you have to download it from the manufacturers website

    amd in terms of cpu? Dont think there are any gaming laptop with amd cpus worth mentioning... amd only does apu laptops and theyre just good for casual gaming at medium to high settings..

    To what extent can graphic cards perform better through software optimization? I mean some games out there look so good and run super well on mid range graphics cards.. now i am wondering if we really do need more hardware to make games look even better. I mean how much more cuda cores do you want to squeeze into upcoming nvidia cards just to gain 5fps? Do you guys think it's similar to apple iphones where they have to release new graphics every two years to sustain their business?

    corsair fans are dead average nothing special.. they are also marketed as static pressure fans but their sp rating is quite low weirldy.. I went for bitfenix 140mm led pwm fans.. I'll see how they are as soon as they arrive

    Apple does really make good laptops... i figured out that a similarly specced windows laptop costs just as much as a mac...

    haha I get your point ^^ actually youre right pc has really been neglected since the xbox 360 and ps3 I mean red dead never came out on pc... I wonder why.. Rockstar had no reason for not bringing it out for pc, did they ?

    oh and btw... when my psu broke evga offered me a replacement... a gold certified 650 watt fully modular psu free of charge LOLOL only problem is they sent out the 600b "by accident" now i have to refuse the delivery from ups and wait for the proper unit

    yeah i already replaced the adapter with one which actually has physical grounding wire connectors... thanks guys

    what if someone takes it too far and smuggles a gun through security? I hope there will be one day when the only difference between amd and nvidia are their colours...

    So yeah my psu died within a month now Im wondering how important the grounding wire is because i used a 2 pin to 3 pin (uk) adapter so my grounding wire wasn't physically connected... could that have killed my psu? After all when the psu died it triggered the breaker in my room and in every other room i connected it.. Also when my psu died I didnt smell any burning or the motherboard didnt look scorched.. does that mean my other components got away safe? it's a 600 watt psu from evga with bronze certification...

    they can delay it as much as they like as long as it will run smoothly on my gtx 770....
