yes i know the 2070 is overkill it more of should i get it anyways and upgrade the whole computer when the cpu is no longer serves my needs or just get the 1070 / 1660 or 2060.

so i have a: i5 4690k r9 280 8gb ddr3 ram should i get a used 1070 or upgrade to 2070?

the mod is i cut the wire and put a trrs 3.5mm socket on the wire. then you just plug a trrs or trs aux cord to it.

so I have these hyper x cloud 2. and all of a sudden the headphone will play left channel in both ears unless I push the 3.5mm plug in and hold it there. so thinking it was a problem with the wire I went and did an aux port mod. that didn't change anything so i'm wondering what the problem might be?

the heck 0.e i replug everything just now but on dvi-d and everything works again. this is worst then trying to program on C++

on my computer all i get is a black screen and nothing else so uefi and bio doesn't work, or more like i can't see if it works or not. i try cmos on my computer and see if it does anything.

i wouldn't say it boots normally since the computer i swapped the gpu with doesn't really work well with amd cards if i don't disable a few things as for the boot drive you suggested i use a old 2006 off the store shelf computer(which is working) and it will not boot. it shows the window 8 logo, say it can't boot(or that what i assume it says since the message disappears too fast for me to read it) and then it says it will repair and then it loops.

i was downloading a game on steam and i went to watch a video while i wait. then my computer suddenly said i crashed and that it will restart after 100%, there were a error message but i didn't pay too much attention to it just remembered it had the word driver in it i think. after it restarted it just stayed on a black screen for along time so i restarted with the power button, and now every time i boot it just send me to a black screen no bio no nothing. i5 4690k cooler master hyper 212 evo gigabyte r9 280 windforce corsair cx 600m asus z97-a 1tb WD black windows 8.1 64 bit OEM by the way i built this computer like 1.5 months ago. tried to switch the gpu with another gpu from another computer and booted both computers on different monitors, same result black screen
