  1. Unless I can find an amazing deal for new, I'll most likely be going used. It'll be my first bike, and I'm sure it'll suffer its fair share of bumps and scratches. :D

Yeah, Scotland's system is the same one used in the UK. I can go for an A2 license so I can get a bike of up to 35kW power output - though I can also get one that's more powerful and just get a limiter on it, so long as it's not more than twice the 35kW limit.

    'Limiter'

I turn 19 next year and my Bandit 600 won't have a limiter in it ;)

  2. Game are one of the things I won't pirate. I bought GTA V on Xbox 360 when it came out, and I've already pre-ordered it for PC.

I don't feel so bad bout pirating America TV shows because if they were shown in the UK the same time then I'd watch them on TV here.

  3. Yes. Yes it is. i tried using a Nokia Lumia 928 for a week and it was bad. None of the apps that i use on a daily basis don't exist on the OS, but the camera on the phone is pretty good

I had a Nokia Lumia 800, my first smart phone.

In the beginning I liked it, there were a few good games on it with integration to Xbox Live, but the rest of the apps were crap.

  4. I wouldn't worry too much, I've had power supplies fail on me before.

They were really cheap ones, $20, ended up having bad smells and eventually failing.

In your situation, I'd only get a new one if you can afford it. Until then, just don't leave your computer unattended if you're actually worried.

I only go for known brands now though

  5. Not excited for it, it's more of a gimmick for me seeing as there's hardly anywhere in the UK that I can do it, not a lot of places I shop have caught on yet.

I'd like to try it out but I can't see myself using it often, it's like when I get my phone out to get my Subway App scanned in Subway, I carry my wallet around with me wherever I take my phone. Don't need it.

  6. I got my lid yesterday. It's a RF-1200 Marquez Black Ant Replica. I rode 30 miles today to work in complete comfort. It vents similar to if you weren't wearing a helmet, came with a pinlock lens that works exceptionally well, is lightweight, and no buffeting to report when turning my head for lane changes. Don't buy cheap helmets guys because you get what you pay for. I'll be buying a chrome visor sometime this week- either a golden or silver. Not sure yet.

In other news, my clip ons should be here by Monday so that'll probably be a project next weekend. I'll have some pics to share with you all of the install.

I'm still on my helmet I got last year when I first started riding.

Can't afford a Shoe or an Arai yet but I will be getting a HJC IS-17 with a tinted visor.

Just need to sell my old moped so I have some money.

  7. Ended up buying a 2001 Honda CG 125 for £700 with 12700 miles on the clock.

Need to get a new exhaust at some point for it and get a new spring for the choke but other than that it's in good condition.

1 more week and I can be out riding it.

Also got my Drift Ghost HD in the post which should be here Monday so I can record some stuff.

  8. I nearly crashed on this exact corner the first time I visited. The issue with it is that it it starts off fairly smoothly (on the part you can see as you're approaching), then quickly changes into a very sharp bend.

It was around 9PM, so there was very few cars :)

They're amazing. The only downside is the amount of insects you find yourself cleaning off of your visor :P You can hear them hitting my lid in the video.

Last week me and a friend were out in the country, we had the normal insects hitting us, but a bird hit the headlight of his bike.

  9. Yearly right? I pay $1100/yr full coverage just for comparison

Yearly, yes, but I this will be when I'm 17, on a learner licence, with no garage.

I think I should be able to get it down a bit by phoning my current insurer.

Passed my mod 1 with no minors on Tuesday :)

Mod 2 is this Tuesday, really worried D:

Well done for you Mod 1, did you just go straight into the test or did you do a few days before with the school?

i dont have a bike, and dont want one, and i cant im 13 but i have a kart with a total of 320cc

Go-karts are fun, but not nearly as fun as 2 wheels.
