I can but the difference is tiny. The thing is that the alienware has a 4k screen. But i've heard that they arent good quality.

Hi, I am a programmer and my macbook pro mid 2009 is dying. I am willing to spend around 1000 usd on a laptop but there are too many out there to decide. I need a laptop that can run vm's, edit videos and a bunch of other things. I would love to get a mac because build quality and battery life is really important to me as well. I don't really game that much, but I would like something that can at least do casual gaming. Here are a few options that I found: Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming - 1100$ 7th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ Quad Core (6MB Cache, up to 3.8 GHz) 16GB, 2400MHz, DDR4; up to 32GB 128GB Solid State Drive (Boot) + 1TB 5400RPM Hard Drive (Storage) NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050Ti with 4GB GDDR5 74 Whr, 6-Cell Battery (Integrated) 15.6-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS Anti-Glare LED-Backlit Display http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/cty/pdp/spd/inspiron-15-7567-laptop/dndnf510s?oc=dndnf510s&l=en&s=dhs&selectionState=eyJGUHJpY2UiOjEwOTkuOTksIk9DIjoiZG5kbmY1MTBzIiwiUXR5IjoxLCJNb2RzIjpbeyJJZCI6NTcyLCJPcHRzIjpbeyJJZCI6IkZHMDA0NCJ9XX1dfQ%3D%3D Alienware 15 4K - 1069$ Screen Size 15.6 inches Max Screen Resolution 3840 x 2160 Processor 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 RAM 16 GB DDR SDRAM Memory Speed 2133 MHz Hard Drive 1 TB HDD 7200 rpm + 256gb ssd Graphics Coprocessor geforce gtx 970m Chipset Brand nvidia Wireless Type 802.11 A/B, 802.11bgn, 802.11abg https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IABDY8A/ref=s9u_simh_gw_i3?ie=UTF8&fpl=fresh&pd_rd_i=B01IABDY8A&pd_rd_r=196b7f82-b198-11e7-bdb8-e32f1756b509&pd_rd_w=ULrL0&pd_rd_wg=P85kN&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=&pf_rd_r=C6Y08XBHYRVP028YATZF&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=1cf9d009-399c-49e1-901a-7b8786e59436&pf_rd_i=desktop I would really appreciate any help/tips with this. Thanks in advance.

So lets start from the beginning . a few months ago I noticed that I had a virus on my computer so I formatted it and downloaded windows 10. on the way I was having trouble so IO removed some ram sticks from my computer and put them back after a successful download. About a week later my computer crashes and it says something Memory_Management I think that maybe I put in the ram in a wrong order but then again it shouldn't matter because my PC still recognizes the 16gb of ram. today my computer crashes and it says your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart and something about Critical_Structure_Corruption(msrpc.sys) I have good knowlede of computers and I will understand what you say. so basically Help Please, Thank You

Here is my entry for the UltraWide festival contest. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did making it, obviously inspired by the Hilarious Direct TV commercials.

I am considering buying an old MacBook Pro from a friend it's the 2012 model And then I can upgrade it But I don't know if to get that or the asus zenbook -
What's the deal with the non retina MacBook Pro? Is this a new thing or is Apple just still selling the 2012 MacBook Pro?

so my friend Is offering to sell me his 2012 MacBook Pro and I was debating wether it was better to buy this MacBook Pro and upgrade it or buy a new asus zen book both will have about the same specs (except for the processor)and will cost the same(about 700$ U.S) but I don't know what would be better for me. The MacBook will have a dual core i5 and the zen book has a core m. I will upgrade the Mac with an ssd and ram to match the zen book but I don't know which will be better for me. I have a powerful desktop computer at home but I need something on the go, it doesn't need to be so powerful because all the heavier stuff I will do on my desktop PC. I love both of the computers designs but I need to know which one is better. Also the OS doesn't matter
